Over 15 transformative weeks, we provide personalised coaching to help you integrate a sustainable practice into your daily life. With small class size, we offer focused, individual attention to address your unique needs. Through a combination of breathwork, body awareness, and mindful yoga practices, we’ll guide you in nurturing the areas that need extra care attention and energy.

We will teach you how to make the correct lifestyle and fitness choices during this crucial 20 years.
Our Five Elements inspired course runs you though an amazing range of life changing content, including elementally inspired yoga practices, healthy longevity tips, Breath practices, posture workshops, lectures, meditations, yoga nidra, NLP and home health habits, to give you the tools you need to live a happy, healthy, life.
Cost of Investment
The full course investment is £695. You can secure your position with a deposit of £170. To pay the remainder of the course fee there are 2 options:
- Pay full balance of £525
- Pay in 3 monthly installments of £175
