This is in person: Seasonal Yoga Foundation Course,  with additional online study resources you can work through in your own time.

There are 5 in person sessions one every 3 weeks,  all day on Sunday  10am-5pm with 1 additional Online check out session on Sunday 14th  December 12 – 2pm  

The series of five elements are spread 21 days apart with a graduation session on the final online module. This Life changing course is held over over 15 weeks to help you practice, reflect and reset each element. At the end of it, you know a lot more about yoga, your body and be able to control your moods, mind and emotions and have a new lease of life!
