The Yogaly Online course is a self study course, built using world class, learning management systems to help you learn at your own pace, in your own time.
The course is divided into five modules, each focusing on one of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each module breaks down further into twelve, easy to digest, lessons, with additional downloadable learning resources to help you learn. Each module ends with a quiz to help you check your understanding of the content as you go along.
The course comes with a free Introduction to Seasonal Yoga course (30 minutes).
The Yogaly Foundation Course consists of a 5 module course split down into Elements with each element reflecting a specific aspect of Seasonal Yoga – Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal
