Learn the foundations of yoga and create healthy habits that last a life time with this 15 week transformation journey, featuring 5 inspiring modules, 21 days apart.
This course is taught in person, with over 50 hours of live, in person meetings and 50 hours guided self study to help you connect with teachers and other course members throughout the course.
Yogaly In Person 100 hour Foundation Course
The course is broken down into five modules, each based around one of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. For each five hour module, you will learn yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, NLP and other healthy home habits linked to that element.
Each module is 21 days apart and you will be given 5 x 21 day challenges to carry out in between modules to help you build new habits that last a lifetime.
In addition to the five, five hour modules, the course also includes group meetings, 1:1 tutorials and free yoga classes, to help you practise and stay on track.
